AT THE FRONT OFFICE
- We will do a temperature check to all guests entering our resort
- If your body temperature is exceeding 37.3 Degrees Celsius (After 2 times check in 5 minutes), you will be asked to seek medical assistance
IN THE ROOM
- Room has been sanitized by our team members upon your arrival
- Room amenities (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) will be set- up upon your arrival
- Your luggage will be disinfected before its delivered to your room
AT THE POOL
- Our pool will be closed after 7 p.m. and cleaning activities will be done during the hour, we will apply chlorine (1-10 ppm) to ensure pH balance reach 7.2- 8
- Pool capacity is designed to provide enough safety space between guests
AT THE GYM
- Sanitizer tissues provided in the gym area for you to use, please sanitize the equipment before using it
- Gym is open at 7 a.m. and will be closed at 10 p.m. and our team will clean and sanitize all equipment after the closing time
- We are providing you hand towel, and please drop the used towel into a towel bucket provided, to ensure it will not use by other guests.
AT THE DINING AREA
- Our restaurant’s staff will also do a temperature check for all guest staying with us
- You are required to sanitize your hand before entering the dining area
- We are reducing our seating capacity to ensure providing safety space between guests
- Service will be available until 10 p.m. only for restaurant and in- villa dining
- If you wish to dine in the room, please kindly do not forget to call our team to collect your used dishes and tray and never leave them outside of your room
- We are offering a la carte menu option for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with limited option to ensure freshness product
AT THE SPA
- If you are taking a body treatment (message), you will be required to take a shower before proceeding the treatment, therefore we are requiring you to come 5- 10 minutes before reservation
- A mask needs to be worn during the treatment
