9 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. The last appointment will be at 7 p.m. for 60 minutes of treatment.
KAPHA ARRIVAL
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will be subject to a time reduction from the scheduled treatment.
KAPHA APPOINTMENT
We will hold your appointment for 15 minutes after the appointment time, after which it will be released. All bookings are confirmed 24 hours in advance. We suggest you schedule your appointment to obtain your preferred treatment time. Should you wish to reschedule/cancel an appointment please give us a minimum of 4 hours advance notice, or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card for all guaranteed reservations. All our in-house guests can book our treatment(s) through Guest Service Assistant by dialing 0.
No-shows will be charged as full amount.
KAPHA ENVIRONMENT
To fully enjoy the peaceful and tranquil environment of our spa, we respectfully request that all visitors keep noise level at a bare minimum. The usage of cellular phones and electronic devices is discouraged. Smoking and consumption of alcohol within the premise are prohibited. SPA guests must be 16 years of age or accompanied by an adult.
Spa services are catered for all ages depending on the treatment designed. All treatments are available for both men and women. Kindly note we do not have a male therapist. You will be provided cabinet with a robe, slipper, and other amenities for your comfort. Please leave your valuables at home or in your room safe. The hotel accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables on the SPA premises. Guests with a history of high/low blood pressure or heart conditions or are on medication, pregnant, or have other medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors before having any SPA Treatments. Please make a special note with our receptionist or therapist of any medical conditions you may have before your treatment.
KAPHA PAYMENT
We accept Credit Cards (Amex, Visa, Master, JCB, Diners, Union Pay). Alternatively, if you are an in-house guest, you may sign and charge to your room account. All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah and are in Net price.
